Documents we usually need

• Brand name, logo or work to be protected
• Applicant's PAN and Aadhaar, or certificate of incorporation
• Udyam or DPIIT certificate, for the lower government fee
• Date of first use and proof of use, if already in use
• Signed power of attorney (Form TM-48), which we prepare
