  • Digital signature of a director or designated partner

Questions about MCA notices & regularisation

What happens if annual ROC filings are missed?

Additional fees of ₹100 per day per form apply, directors can be disqualified after three years of non-filing, and the company can be struck off. Late filings can usually still be made, and we help regularise them.

Do small companies have fewer compliances?

Yes. Small companies and OPCs get relief such as fewer board meetings and a shorter annual return (MGT-7A). Annual accounts, the annual return and the statutory audit are still mandatory.

Can you take over compliance from my current consultant?

Yes. We review your past filings, list any gaps, fix them, and then run your compliance calendar going forward.

Last reviewed by our company secretarial desk in November 2026. Government rules and fees change; we confirm the current position with your quote.
