You sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement and a Professional Services Agreement. We brief you on our workflow, file structure and communication protocol.

Who can apply

✓You hold a valid Certificate of Practice from ICAI, ICSI or Bar Council
✓You are in good standing — no disciplinary proceedings pending
✓You have active MCA21 / GSTN / IP India portal access
✓You can execute filings within the turnaround times specified per service
✓You are comfortable working fully online via government portals
✓Fresh CoP holders and experienced practitioners both welcome

✗   You do not qualify if

✗Your Certificate of Practice has lapsed or been surrendered
✗You are currently under any disciplinary action or suspension
✗You are looking to re-brand filings under a firm name rather than your own CoP
✗You are a student or article/trainee without independent CoP
